Ashmead
Pringle, President - Ash founded Grain Service
Corporation in 1984, and is head of GSC Energy, its energy
division, which was started in 1989. He holds a B.S. in
Mechanical Engineering from Duke University and an M.B.A.
from Harvard Business School. Ash has conducted hundreds of
seminars on hedging, risk management, and basis trading, in
petroleum, natural gas, and grains, and is a recognized
expert in the field. He has authored several articles on the
proper use of risk management tools.

Gordon Regan,
President of Propane Partners, LLC, - Gordon is a graduate
of Emory University and has an MBA from Louisiana State
University. Gordon has been in the petroleum industry
for twenty-five years with Conoco and AmeriGas. In June
of 2000, he founded Propane Partners, LLC with Ashmead Pringle
of Grain Service Corporation. This company offers
supply, logistics, and risk management services to independent
propane marketers.

Susan Giles,
General Manager of Sales and Marketing for Propane Partners,
LLC - Susan brings over
15 years of management experience in operations and
administration to her position. She is a Georgia native and
attends the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia
State University, pursuing a dual major in marketing and
business management.
