Diana Klemme, President

Diana Klemme, President, Director-Grain Division - Diana leads an experienced staff that develops merchandising and risk-management programs for GSC's agricultural clients. She also oversees the firm's nationally-known agricultural workshops on hedging, merchandising, and producer marketing strategies. She has a B.S. in Psychology from Purdue University, and worked in the cash grain industry through the 70's. Diana is a well-known author of articles on agricultural risk management, and is a leading and long-time advocate of issues affecting the grain industry. She served on National Grain & Feed Association's Executive Committee and currently serves on their Risk Management Committee, which she formerly chaired.

Tom Fernands, Vice President

Tom Fernandes, Vice President - Tom brings farming experience and risk-management programs for GSC's agricultural clients. He also has extensive experiecne in the cash grain and livestock industries.

Scott Glasing, Chief Operating Officer

Scott Glasing, Chief Operating Officer - Scott brings us 40 years of industry expertise, concentrated in back office operations and compliance. A native of Chicago, he has studied finance and economics at the University of Illinois at Chicago, and hedging at the Chicago Board of Trade.

David McGraw, Trading Associate

David joined Grain Service staff in 2017 after working in a family owned bussiness. David is a native of Indiana and a graduate of Georgia Tech with a Bachelors in Materials Science & Engineering and a Masters in Management. David handles customer futures and options orders, managing GSC databases and spreadsheets, assists in writing the Morning Bulletin, and supports Scott in office operations.
